The Trump Administration has nominated corrupt megadonor & car salesman Lee Beaman to the Tennessee Valley Authority’s Board of Directors. Due to his lack of any relevant experience and troubling statements concerning potentially PRIVATIZING the TVA, and history of scandals -- Lee Beaman is not only unqualified, but unfit to serve on the board of the Nation's largest Public Power Provider. 

For over 92 years, TVA has prioritized people over profits, lifting our communities from poverty. Public power belongs in public hands, not in the hands of megadonors and partisan loyalists. 

Privatization would mean higher rates, fewer jobs, and Wall Street profits at the expense of the people of the Valley.
